Job Description

Mayo International School is looking for a skilled, extrovert, and enthusiastic HR Professional.
Responsibilities· Managing end to end Recruitment that includes sourcing, screening, interview scheduling & coordination, etc·
Sourcing the right profiles from the Job Portals by performing appropriate search. Sourcing suitable candidates within timelines against each open position.·
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications·
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board and social sites like Linked-IN, Facebook etc·
Source and recruit candidates by using databases.·
Screen candidates resumes and job applications·
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule·
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes· Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices·
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team·
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process·
Should be able to get a pool of candidates, do telephonic screening, and schedule the interview and follow-up.·
Developing new database by making fresh calls, cold call.

Job Requirement


Proven work experience as a Recruiter·
Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)·
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)·
Hands-on experience with recruiting software·
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills·
Strong decision-making
