Job Description
Intermediate or Senior
Secondary School (Class 12th) certificate with 45 percent marks.
·
A two-year diploma/certificate program
in nursery teacher education or a B.Ed. (Nursery) from an accredited
institution is required.
·
Higher
qualification such as B.Ed may be preferred.
·
Minimum 1
years’ experience in teaching of Nursery, LKG and UKG classes in English
Medium.
Excellent English and Hindi Spoken and Writing skill. ·
Your primary duty will be to supervise the students and provide learning support and guidance. ·
The Assistant Teacher should be committed to developing meaningful relationships with pupils and giving constructive feedback to help them grow and improve. ·
The ideal candidate should be understanding and attentive to student needs, and have a passion for the education field.

Job Requirement
- Regularly communicate with family members and other staff, such as school psychologists and counsellor in order to meet the individual needs of each student
- Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment where the unique needs of all students are met
- Develop lesson plans and learning goals with the head teacher
- Maintain daily records, track student progress and intervene to help students progress as necessary
